Lunatic Miguna Miguna has said senior counsel Nzamba Kitonga may have been killed to pave way for the dark forces to have a free hand in picking the next chief Justice. The late Kitonga was top on the list of possible replacements of David Kenani Maraga who is proceeding on leave pending retirement in January 2021.
This is an appeal to the @lawsocietykenya to have an INDEPENDENT PATHOLOGIST conduct a forensic autopsy on Nzamba Kitonga. My sixth sense tells me that someone might be trying to weed out potential successors to Chief Justice @dkmaraga. It wouldn't be the first time. #RejectBBI

I can’t believe Nzamba Kitonga is gone. He’s the reason I went to law school. Our close friendship and his pro bono representation of the poor inspired me to become a lawyer. Unbelievable. pic.twitter.com/XMMMg1COHa

Born and raised in Kitui, the late Nzamba Kitonga beat all odds to not only become an icon in Kenya's legal fraternity, but to serve as the President of the East African Law Society, and a member of the Committee of Experts that delivered the Constitution of Kenya in 2010.
