- I am an unapologetic supporter of devolution. Devolution is my baby that I must nurture despite deformities until he matures.

- Nepotism, favoritism, marginalization is seriously exercised in some Counties where members of other communities are mistreated.

- The national government budget must not remain bigger compared to the 47 counties combined

- County governments are threatened by national to sign MOUs with third parties especially when leasing equipments
- Government must stop leasing things that should be bought in cash. Things like scissors, pens and other medical equipments.
- Counties have not received the money that was allocated to fight El Nino last year. Someone ought to explain where the money went
- Government must let go of devolved functions and give Counties their freedom. Uhuru must embrace consultations with governors and not witch-hunt
- Why would you devolve services like Agriculture while parastatals are owned by the government? Everything must be devolved fully.
- Governors and senators must extend a hand of friendship for the sake of the people especially now that they might be running against each other come 2017.
- The national government must end its unhealthy wars with the governors and give them what is rightly theirs
- The rate of uncontrolled borrowing is worrying yet we don’t know who pockets the money. The government has borrowed a lot and when repayment starts, all taxes will be diverted there and not even Counties will get enough funding from the National government.
- Kenyans must be shown the projects funded by the Eurobond money. They must tell the people the truth because I know the truth.
