I remember when we went on a historic strike at Kenya Broadcasting Corporation (you remember kazi bila chakula slogan) we all trouped at the Prime minister’s office to seek help.
When Retired president Mwai Kibaki had no guts to deal with Mau forest, he ran to the former prime minister Jakom.
In 2002 when politicians realized that The former president Moi was no joke and he had his cards near the chest, they all ran to Jakom to galvanize support. Jakom later said Kibaki Tosha.
In 2016 during the Governors conference in Meru after UK failed to show up, they ran to Agwambo to grace the occasion and closing speech.
So when I see some hating on Jakom I sympathize with them because to me Jakom seems to be a man who loves people, he doesn’t keep grudges and he is easy to hang around
The Big question remains, how would other communities survive without Raila under the oppressive Mt. Kenya rule? Do we have another man with guts like those of Baba, a man who can stand and face the Mt. Kenya Mafia and tell them enough is enough? Wengine wakishtuliwa kidogo wanakunja mikia, wanaenda mbio mpaka Ocha kwao.
