As jubilee struggles to turn the IEBC into a Luo-Kikuyu rivalry (as they have always done in the face of calls for reforms since the days of Kenyatta. As the police try their best to ensure they only kill ‘Luo/lugha’ protesters, it is my hope and belief that the rest of the country has grown too smart for this immature, diabolical, retrogressive political scheme.
At the end of the day, the persecution of Nyanza natives is really the persecution of all Kenyans because the end result is to shut down any reform process so that the home-guards and their descendants can continue robbing the citizens in peace.
One needs to only look at what the central elite have done to their own commoners in order to get an idea of what their agenda for Kenya is.
–They took away central hoi polloi’s land and exported some to Lumu and Rift Valley
–They prevent them from competing in businesses they have stakes in
– They sacrificed them as PEV victims and IDPs so as to hold on to power (remember more than 320 Mungiki youths are still missing eight years down the line.
– They have left them at the hands ofmerciless political thugs who wantonly rob, maim and murder them.
– They use them as canon fodder in elections violence, then execute them after elections.
So which Kenyan in his right mind would want to be led by leaders that do this to their own constituents?
