OPEN LETTER TO MR. Tedd Josiah
I have known Tedd Josiah for some time now. He is a smart, suave and with impeccable command of the Queens language. Mr. Josiah is a respected man in entertainment circles and one of the finest producers Kenya has ever had. He is simply good at his work. However, I don’t subscribe to his recently acquired school of thought.
Having been one of those who worked closely with CORD/ODM Leader Raila Odinga in his previous two campaigns, and made a fortune out of it, I least expected him to start falling over on himself and start gassing inconsequential narrative against a man who has been by his side for long.
I am not trying to gag Mr. Josiah, my senior, but I abhor the fact that he has become the new choirmaster of hate and vitriol on social media aimed at discrediting Rt. Hon. Odinga.
Mr. Odinga has been in the struggle for many years. His struggle is not just about the Luo Nation. He has fought a lot for Kenya. He has sacrificed a lot for this Nation. He has been through hell to have you (Josiah) this freedom you are enjoying and using to insult him.
You don’t support the anti-IEBC protests, it is your democratic right. But there are millions of Kenyans with children just like you who feel the future of their children is not good if somethings are not changed today.
Did you know that those young men who were shot dead in Kisumu are also people’s children? Did you know that they also had families? It is not right to just single out Raila Odinga for the wrong reasons. He has been in the struggle for long to know what is wrong and what is right. When you offered to work for him and quoted big figures in return, you knew what he stood for. What has changed.
