Barrack Muluka has a nose bigger than his brain, and that’s where the problem begins. I thought he’d the advantage of smelling facts before penning them. Not until I read his poorly argued article, published in The Star entitled “Raila Odinga and the parable of the bossy tortoise”, is a testimony to this fact.
Let me tell you something, Muluka is trying to settle scores just because he was fired from Raila Odinga campaign Secretariat in 2013 for incompetence.
By accusing Tinga of assuming he can hold a tight grip on Luhyas like he’s on Luos is not only cheapening the argument but also an insult to Hon. Raila Odinga, Luos and Luhyas who’ve more in common away from politics.
It’s also shameless ignorance and buffoonery for Muluka to claim that Luhyas are decamping from ODM simply because a few rotten apples have decided to follow money into jubilee.
Muluka’s silly arguments lack coherence and are devoid of facts. When someone who claims to be a scholar takes refuge in reasoning like the drunkards in his Emanyuria village, he deserves not a proper rebuttal.
The views of Mr. Muluka aren’t scholarly to say the least. Apart from the fact that that article is pregnant with glaring grammatical sins, it should be ignored for containing nothing. Just because he regularly appears on ‪#‎JKL‬ show to gossip shouldn’t make him feel special.
Luhyas will vote or not vote Tinga based on their interests politically. If they won’t vote for him, it will be because as a community, they feel their interest will be better served somewhere else not because Muluka has a personal grudge with Jakom or because a nanny called Ababu Namwamba and his Co travelers left ODM.
Muluka would better focus on managing the communication of the Council of Governors where I reckon he’s executing a shoddy job, the same crime that got him fired from Raila Secretariat. Barrack Muluka is an idiot, I dare him for a dwell on #JKL
