President Uhuru Kenyatta’s right-hand man Kasarani MP hon John Njoroge Chege has today rubbished the endorsement of Water Cabinet Secretary Eugine Wamalwa to run as Jubilee Gubernatorial aspirant in Nairobi.
Hon Njoroge was speaking today, he rebuked Wamalwa’s candidature as endorsed yesterday by a section of Jubilee MPs led by Kabete Member of Parliament Ferdinand Waititu.
Hon Njoroge told the CS to go and look for free seats elsewhere, perhaps in Kiambu County.
“We are not going to allow anybody to expect a free seat here in Nairobi. I want to tell hon Waititu that if he has a free seat in Kiambu, he can take Wamalwa and endorse him there” Said Hon Njoroge who is also the chairman of Nairobi Jubilee Members of Parliament.
“No one will be allowed to joyride in the Nairobi gubernatorial because he has been endorsed by some individuals. Let us respect each other, hii Nairobi iko na wenyewe, (Nairobi has owners)” He said.
