And then they tell you about certain things in your life you’re supposed to achieve, putting it as though those are the ultimates and once you have done them you have fully arrived and can now roll over and die.
Passing class 8 exams, passing form 4, getting into university, getting a job, getting married, getting your first child, making your first million, setting up a business, buying a house, joining an exclusive social club, winning national awards or recognitions.
The truth is that these are just transition points, starting off points for the next adventure. Never buy into any concept of arrival, never buy into an ultimate.
At each point of your life, live it like you’re just getting started, stoke the fire and hunger inside, go out, be curious, risk, dare, scare yourself. NEVER ARRIVE.
