A source close to former Devolution CS Ann Waiguru confirms that the NYS scandal was started by politicans associated with DP Ruto. Waiguru is said to have a told a standard reporter that top URP senator from Rift Valley and an aide of DP Ruto were the brains behind the NYS scandal.
The loud URP senator is said to have engineered the sacking of former NYS director Mr Rugut. After Waiguru got wind of how the senator and top aide to DP were stealing she immediately went overdrive and brought on board Kabura. The two camps were competing and in the end Waiguru being the minister overrun the URP wing albeit in a stupid way.
Now, DP Ruto in an attempt to shield allies involved the scandal has resorted to issuing threats to Waiguru. Well, Statehouse operatives have also vowed to bring down DP via the the same scandal. DP Ruto is walking straight to a Mt Kenya trap, it is going to bloody !
Meanwhile senator Murkomen who has been linked to the scandal is said to be hiding in China until things cool down. The vocal and youthful senator has also been politically vanquished due to the entry former Inspector General David Kimaiyo into the Elgeyo Marakwet 2017 Senate race. Kimayo’s ground popularity has soared to high heavens since announcing interest in the seat!
