Francis Nyaga Njeru the man on the spot for evicting of a family of an elderly couple and demolition of their house and property worth Ksh.50 million in Westlands, Nairobi has now threatened the Asian family just a day after he bribed a magistrate to release him on a Ksh 300,000 cash bail.

Nyaga has reportedly warned the Kurji’s from providing evidence to show that he forged his documenst to claim ownership of the valuable land in Nairobi’s Parklands area.
Nyaga Njeru of Frank Logistics appeared before a Nairobi-Milimani court Senior Resident Magistrate Hellen Onkwani where he surprisingly secured freedom after he bribed the bribed the judiciary officers to have him released on cash bail.
The prosecution came to court under miscellaneous application that sought to detain Francis for 7 days pending completion of investigation into the matter and preference of charges against him, but the court shocked many by releasing him on a cash bail of Ksh 300,000 instead of Ksh 1,000,000 since he destroyed a property worth Ksh 50,000,000.
The magistrate however declined to grant the prosecution request on the basis that prosecution improperly served the court documents in that they had no signatures and that there were no proper reasons before court to detain the man.
The Sunday night demolition of the 55-milliom shilling house belonging to an elderly couple in westlands left a family deprived of their aboard, without notice nor evident court order. This had been the home for different generations of the Kurji family spanning through 44 years.
Reports indicate that the lease agreement for the Kurji’s expired in 2009, with Franc Logistics alleging to have gained ownership sometimes last year. But the National Land Commission had indicated that the Kurji family deserved first priority for renewal of the lease agreement.
Nyagaa hired goons who demolished the Parklands house owned by an Asian famiy whose lease had expired and claimed it had changed ownership.
The National Land Commission is expected to cancel Nyaga’s forged documents
