A letter has emerged that collaborates NASA pentagon member Hon Musali Mudavadi’s claim that Mumias Company Secretary/Legal affairs director Mr Lubya was murdered by Jubilee cartels for refusing to sign off Kshs. 10million.
Mr Lubya is also said to have refused to endorse a top Sugar cartel’s request to use Mumias sugar packaging to import cheap sugar to flood the market.
In the letter that is trending online/social media platforms Jubilee party and Uhuru campaign team manager for Western Kenya who is also the Mumias MP Hon Benjamin Washiali was to receive Ksh 10 million for Jubilee campaigns. In his letter, Mumias CEO writes to a Mr. Mulwa warning him that paying Jubilee will ground operations of Mumias Sugar.
MUSALIA MUDAVADI yesterdat at a NASA rally in Machakos revealed Mumias Sugar Company Secretary and Legal Manager Leonard Lubya was shot dead after refusing to channel funds to Jubilee campaign kitty.
He has also revealed the people who killed him raped the wife.
The Company Secretary Leonard Lubya had also refused to pass Sugar brought from outside as Mumias Sugar.
Lubya had on Saturday said his life is in danger and gone into hiding only to be trailed and killed.
