Larry Madowo:
Are you of the idea that Kenya should be devided into two, areas that voted for NASA and Jubelee go separate ways?
David Ndii:
People are talking about it not just me, the pictures you see going round on social media were just sent to me so that I can share by the very same people who feel Kenya belongs to some few individuals.
Larry Madowo:
Don’t you think there are legal means NASA can use to achieve what they want peacefully?
David Ndii:
Kenyans needs change and if this change cannot be achieved through the ballot then definitely it will be achieved through the bullets someday.
Larry Madowo:
What about the courts, you went to court yet you don’t trust the verdict?
David Ndii:
What cannot be achieved through the ballot, through the voice of the majority you do not expect courts to do any better because court is an institution that you can control especially when you’re the incumbent, you saw what happened in 2013.
Larry Madowo:
Don’t you think Raila’s statement in Mombasa today relates to mass action if the court’s verdict doesn’t favour NASA?
David Ndii:
We will call for mass action definitely.
Larry Madowo:
But mass action will lead to deaths most likely, that was the same thing that happened in 2007/2008.
David Ndii :
I’m willing to die myself if that’s the only option that will bring justice not only to kenyans but to our electoral process as well. We cannot continue with sham elections year in year out. Remember it is through the mass action that Kenya is where it is today since 1992.
Larry Madowo:
Mmmmmh we leave it there thank you for coming.
