Dear Supreme Court Judges, Assuming The Ksh1Billion Bribe Is True, Will You Cash The Cheque With The Following Features?

After reading widely circulated allegations that Statehouse operatives had made an offer of 1billion to the Supreme Court Judges to pass a favourable ruling, a forensic Investigator in banking Sector in Kenya had this say after reading the Supreme Court ICT Report on presidential petition

A forged doc is an an invalid doc. You can never cash a forged cheque . Any figures on a forged Form 34A and B are worthless.

2. A cheque signed by unauthorized person is worthless piece of paper ,No bank can honor or act on such . Any person in possession of such a doc should be investigated . Any form 34A and B signed by un gazetted officer is a worthless piece of paper whose figures are invalid

3. Any cheque that lacks any security feature is a worthless piece of paper that can only be a product of forgery. We went to print ballot papers in Dubai to cure this mischief ,Thus any form 34A and B that lacks security features as set out is a forgery.

4.IEBC must prove results were received from over 40,800 electronic devices across the country by proving GPRS locations .
