Dons its time you all looked and searched deep in your souls and ask the critical questions.
Question 1. Do you personally know Uhuru or Raila, can they identify you from a crowd and greet you by your name?
Question 2. Is your fellow Don your enemy and if so what is the source of your enmity?
Question 3. How much do you get in terms of salary for holding brief for the political class and do they pay you promptly for work done insulting another don’t?
Question 4. What happens when the dust settles and we all have to be Dons once more?
Question 5. How will you teach students from the opposite tribe or political persuasion to your own, do you have the moral authority to teach them given your hard-line stance on political issues?

6. When will you reconcile your conscience once dust settles on the political duel as it would soon, will the losers hang themselves as the victors celebrate and suppose things do not work your ways, will you kill each other and fast?

7. What happened to your education and the need for soberness as the guiding lights of the nation, the intelligentsia?
I am humbly requesting Dons to be subtle and sober in discussing issues politics and more so when the temptation is higher to stereotype each other. When the urge to be rude to your colleagues seems overarching, please pose for a second before you push the send button. You may find that we are just pawns in a game we understand nothing about much as we have tribal positions and postures to protect.
Its only the weak and the wicked who turn against their professional colleagues.
