Majority Leader in the National Assembly seeks the deferment of the vote on the #GenderBill saying more consultations needed. He proposes the matter be brought back to the House for the vote sometime in February 2019. Speaker Justin Muturi accepted the request and stood down the business from the Order of the House Business.
