IEBC chief executive officer Ezra Chiloba has called for a meeting with all presidential Agents at Bomas in what is expected to be a briefing of the final tally and will ask them to accept and sign the results in order for the commission to announce the winner.
Commission chairman Wafula Chebukati is to address media at exactly 1930hours. It is expected that Chebukati will indicate when to announce the winner that will most likely be tonight.
Ealier in a stormy meeting NASA brigade raised various concerns that IEBC agreed to look at, however pressure has been mounting on the commission to announce president Uhuru the winner.
