Malindi OCPD Matawa Muchangi died on Monday morning while receiving treatment at a private hospital in Mombasa.
According to the area DCIO Anthony Sunguti, the OCPD fell ill on Sunday evening at his home before he was rushed to the hospital where he passed on hours later.
