Senator Mike Sonko has been slapped hard and left with a rotten egg in his face after Mt Kenya mafia settled for Peter Keneth as the Nairobi governor Jubiliee candidate and Sakaja Johnson as the senate nominee leaving Sonko without any position.
Sonko who has been on the forefront defending Uhuru and Jubilee and sometimes to an extent of attacking other leaders like Governor Joho was left high and dry after Statehouse operatives emcumbered his path making it hard for him to get valid papers ready. Sonko is reportedly locked up in his office crying like a baby.
Meanwhile Nominated MP Johnson Sakaja has quit the Nairobi governor race and presented nomination papers for the senator seat.
Sakaja will vie for the seat held by Mike Sonko, whose ambition to replace Governor Evans Kidero have been thwarted by the entry of Uthamaki‘s Peter Kenneth
Sakaja’s sudden withdraw is seen as a humiliation by the party he has worked for and defended with all his fat and soul, top online pundits had this to say:>>>>

Sakaja has learnt this. Onyango Oloo saw it. Sonko is learning this. And Ruto will learn it the hard way.
