I have always said that economic development is like delivering orgasms. It is the recipient, through positive sounds or intense gyrations, who will let you know if your contact with the Gspot has borne fruits. Exact same way that people in the grassroots should be the ones expressing pleasure at your much touted economic development.
If you find that you have to call press conferences or town hall meetings to enumerate what you have done, son, it means you have done nothing! And don’t take it personally, because not everyone is wired to deliver orgasms….er…I mean, development!
