KEMSA SCANDAL
The things EACC and Directorate of Criminal Investigations – DCI will NOT investigate….
1. To vote out Murkomen, Kihika and The Deputy Speaker, Senator Mbito Transport deal at KEMSA was reinstated. Was The KEMSA CEO was instructed to do exactly that? Who gave the instructions?
2. What is the connection between Senate Speaker Lusaka, CS Eugene Wamalwa and Senator Mbito on The KEMSA scandal
3. Did Dan Kagwe, the Postmaster General and a brother to CS Mutahi Kagwe, supply Kemsa? Who gave the instructions to KEMSA? Was there influence for the tender to be granted?
4. Did CAS Rachel Shebesh and the Chair of the Health Committee Sabina Chege supply KEMSA? Through which companies? With the suspicion can Sabina claim to chair an investigative Committee probing the Covid Scandal?
5. David Murathe claims to run multiple Consultancy companies. Is Kenya Revenue Authority ready to publish the Corporation tax records of David Murathe to authenticate his ‘Legitimate’ business?
6. DCI Kinoti is most times in the company of Murathe, crafting movies and drama that always fails. He should declare interest and withdraw from all investigations touching on Covid Millionares.
7. Was the First Family involved in supplying two different consignments to KEMSA through a newly registered outfit? 120,000 Masks in the first and 30,000 in the second. All at an inflated price of 700 shillings, therefore making 105m Shillings through influenced tenders?
We are all Media Houses, help me ask those questions.
If no answers come, we will seek them and supply them right here.
KEMSA Questions must continue…..
Ukweli lazima utasemwa.
