DYNASTIES vs THIEVES
Let’s stop pretending.
1. Everyone wants to be a Dynasty. (No one starts life as a dynasty. You work towards being one. I intend to end there too)
2. No one wants to stay a hustler. (That’s why we speak of starting off life as a hustler and are proud when we become successful; but a thief must continue pretending to be a hustler even when it’s clear he’s no longer a hustler because he can’t explain where his money comes from)
3. Some of those fighting dynasties today are only known today in Kenya’s National politics because they were once ‘mtu wa mkono’ for Moi, Raila or Kenyatta in the the past. Some have actually played that role for all three.
4. No one ever elects a thief to lead them but they will take his money. (However note that even the Bible says ‘The wealth of the sinner is stored up for the Righteous’ – Proverbs 13:22, Job 27:17)
