Garissa Governor Hon Nadhif MISHANDLED by Uhuru security, Hon Duale BLAMED for PROTOCOL HITCH as

There was a protocol hitch in Garissa today when area governor H.E Hon Nadhif Jamaa was blocked from sitting in the front row next to the president. it was later alleged that area MP and Jubilee majority leader Hon Duale in parliament had insisted theat Energy CS Hon Keter should take his place. it took intervention of local politicians to get the governor to the from row.

The embarrassing confusion happened during the commissioning of National Power grid. The situation was later rectified after locals demanded respect for their governor.
