Kilimani MCA Moses Ogeto, the man that will face Nairobi Women Rep younger Sister was yesterday cleared by IEBC to vie and reclaim his seat for the second time.
Shebesh pushed and influenced her sister’s nomination to City Hall during the last election and is said to have laid plans to rig her to victory.
