The M-Cheza gamblers are now up in arms against the company for announcing wrong results thus denying them a chance to claim their money. They are now threatening to sue the owner.

As a result, thousands of Kenyans lost their bets unjustly and are contemplating on suing the company and its owner.
According to the few gamblers we spoke to, they showed us evidence on how they had betted and going by their explanation, they were winners.
Kenya betting control board has however, not intervened or said anything concerning the scandal, raising eyebrows as to why they are not doing what they are mandated to do.
Our effort to reach them were unavailing and the CEO of Betting Control of Kenya declined to speak or comment on the matter.
It is yet to be known what step the ‘winners’ will take to reclaim their prizes that are estimated to run into millions. M-Cheza is one of Kenya’s betting companies that are at their infancy stage.
