Desperate Jubilee has ordered the drilling of boreholes, gravelling of roads and release of money to older people in Mosiro ward, Kajiado County where it is fighting a losing battle with ODM.
CSs Nkaissery, Sicily Kariuki and senior water ministry officials have all camped in Mosiro alongside over 500 NYS youths. To add to all this, Jubilee is using Maa men to get the voters cards and IDs of women in exchange of money. While ODM will still win, Jubilee is desperate to reduce the margin.
ODM is upbeat it will clinch all the four ward by-elections in Tala, Kalokol, Mosiro and Nyacheki.
