Ref: Drugging and Abduction of Dr MIGUNA MIGUNA
Our attention has been drawn to the decision by you and your staff to take part in illegally drugging, abducting and forcefully removing a Kenyan Dr. Miguna Miguna without following due process and despite there being a court order requiring that he is given access into Kenya.
Dr. Miguna Miguna need urgent medical attention and toxicology tests in Dubai. Emirates must arrange those and return him to Kenya. Emirates flight flow Dr. Miguna Miguna unconscious and with no documents.
We condemn this action in the strongest terms possible. We put you on notice that unless you return Dr Miguna Miguna to Nairobi within 48 hours, we shall have no choice but to take legal action against you personally and severaly including boycotting and campaiging against your airline for human rights abuses.
