IEBC PRESIDENTIAL RESULTS TRANSMISSION AND FAILURE TO RAISE THE RIGHT QUESTIONS:::::
I have listened and watched several experts on TV and IEBC as well as both NASA and JUBILEE yet something is being conviniently swept under the carpet and nobody is aking this..
Well here it is….
All presiding officers at each polling station were to relay presidential results using the KIEMS gadget after the counting and filing of form 34A(signed by agents).
Now ordinarily this would happen immediately the presidential votes are counted and entered in the form IF there is 3G network. If this does not exist then there are two options.
a. Move to a network environment and relay it together with the party agents.(let the deputy PO continue with the counting of other positions)
b. Wait till all results are counted and documented then do it at once to avoid interuption of the electoral process.
Either way, I expected all Polling Station Presiding officers to have relayed the results to the National Tallying Centre by the morning of the following day.
But if upto now some PO’s have not sent the scanned copies of forms 34A then these are now open to abuse and not reliable. I dont expect all agents to be holding these PO’s hostage till now.
So if you are still waiting for forms 34A to be sent to national tallying centre then you are an idiot. This is game shot.
Advise to NASA::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
Refer to the ruling of justice Odunga on results transmission and finality of results by constituency RO. In it lies alot that has been abused by IEBC.
If you do not have all the forms 34A’s then much of this protest is a lost cause.
Unless each PO explains why he/she did not relay presidential results an hour after conclusion of counting at polling centre(BETWEEN 7PM TUESDAY and 8 AM WEDNESDAY. Anything relayed now is prone to manipulation)
