DEATH OF NYACHEKI MCA HON. PETER NYAEGA
I have learnt with profound shock, news of the death of Hon. Peter Nyaega Ongeri, a member of the Kisii County Assembly representing Nyacheki Ward in Bobasi Constituency.
The death of Mr. Nyaega is not only a blow to the people of Nyacheki who elected him to serve them in the Assembly but also to the entire County of Kisii and our party ODM.
He was a dedicated servant leader who fearlessly executed his mandate both in the Assembly and Public. He was a defender of our party ODM and a strong grassroots mobilizer.
On behalf of our party ODM, the NEC, the National Secretariat and on my own behalf, I wish to convey my heartfelt condolences to the family, friends and colleagues of Hon. Nyaega for the loss. May God give you strength and courage to overcome the pain in this moment of grief and sorrow.
