Software /Systems security is not always about programs. Neither is it purely about the network or the infrastructure it runs on. The people also running the system sometimes are not the sole reason a system is secure /insecure. It is more of processes and procedures. The steps put in place to ensure system security and integrity of data and data transmission.
So, when I heard that IEBC and Jubilee are sharing server, at first, I was like, kwani, what is the problem with that? System integrity can be independently managed on a system without depending on other shared hosting plan for the clients. This is analogous to tenants in a flat. One just need to ensure their house is well locked, everything is in good place and bingo! You are safe and secure. But again, who would want to be a tenant in a flat that let’s in thugs? Who would want to be a neighbor to a Thief? IEBC?
