The Jubilee Party office in Pangani is erected in a grabbed land. The owner of the land a Mr Ali Dakane VANISHED or DISAPPEARED never to be heard again in 2014 after he filed a case at the Land and Environment Court to declare the allocation of the disputed land illegal. The Land had been allocated illegally to private developer.
Since the disappearance of Mr Ali Dakane, LR No. 209/16441 has since been deleted from registry’s record and a new storey building built that will host President Uhuru’s party- Jubilee !
