Nairobi Senator Mike Sonko Mbuvi has clarified that he only said he was the acting president socially & politically and NOT constitutionally or legally.
I know what the law is, I have freedom of speech and my words did not breach any peace oR contravene any law, not everything I say MUST BE LEGAL, social talks are just that- social talk, nothing more or less. In 2013 I was elected with 3rd most votes behind President Uhuru and Raila Odinga while Musalia Mudavadi was a distant 4th with less than 500k votes.
Indeed Hon Sonko is the 3rd most popular politician in the country. Aden Duale though majority leader in the house was elected by less than 20k votes, well, that makes Sonko politically 3rd in command.
