The irony of it is that most of the Members of Parliament from Kilifi County has been telling us how they decide to work with the National Government (Jubilee) to get Maendeleo as they called it. My question is, which Maendeleo were they looking for if primary schools are in that state?
The Kilifi County MPs among them, the Hon Mung’aro of Kilifi North his Kilifi South counterpart Mustapha Iddi a former TV news anchor, Hon Kombe of Magarini, the Hon Peter Shehe of Ganze and not forgetting CS Dan Kazungu before being appointed to the cabinet are some of the MPs who have been working with Jubilee government to realize development for their people.
The national government and in this case Jubilee government of Uhuru must take the blame on the sorry state of Kilifi schools. He should know that education is a function of national government.
