Visionless people can’t see the big story on the SGR terminating right at the outskirts of a private family land.
Apart from transferring economic activities from Mombasa, the vision is to create a new industrial city in the private family land.
For those that are not aware, a mega city is coming up around Ruiru in the same family’s private land , and billions of public funds have been used to extend the Eastern By Pass to the Private City said to be worth 500 billion.
In addition, Kenya Railways has poured billions to revamp the Nairobi Ruiru Syokimau Railway line.
So, linking the new Multi Billion City in a private Land in Ruiru , and another new multi billion industrial park and Inland Container Deport in private land is now seemless via Road and Railway, and with the family angling to take over JKIA, they could add Airport Services.
That is a very great vision. And those that cannot see the great vision are totally confused.
