A video has emerged showing how former Nairobi Majority Leader Abdi Guyo handed over millions of shillings to EACC Director of Investigations Abdi Mohamud as a bribe to protect land grabbers in Nairobi ad also fix Governor Mike Sonko at the anti-graft body.
In the video which is in possession of Kenya Today, Guyo is seen arriving in a white shirt then he proceeds to meet Abdi who is seen wearing a blue jacket near the swimming pool at the hotel which is believed to be Heron Court hotel just a few meters from Integrity Center.
Then a third person who is seen carrying a bag containing the money arrives at the hotel before he meets a fourth person believed to be Abdi’s point man before they proceed to the car to hand over the cash to the EACC Director.
The EACC Director started fighting Sonko after it emerged that he was protecting land grabbers in South C. With the help of Guyo, the EACC Director has received millions of Shillings to protect Somali tycoons who have grabbed public land in South C.
Sonko has however vowed to repossess the grabbed land. In one of the grabbed land, a mall has been built on a public land meant for construction of public playground.
