Nyali Parliamentary seat top aspirant Moha Jicho Pevu has blasted Makosewe for endorsing Saed Saleem. In a hard hitting statement on his official page Jicho Pevu discribes Makosewe as a project being used by Saido to divide his strong base of luo supporters.
Moha Jicho termed the move by Makosewe as a pure politcs of betrayal.He further went on and said;”We knew their game plan from day one.We are ready.Money is on their side but God is on our side. God made man,man made money, money made man mad”
Mohamed Ali popularly known to his worldwide supporters as Jicho Pevu for his famous expose however down played any bad blood between him and competitors terming the move as political that will not yield any fruit on the other side.
Salim Mwezera a Nyali resident and a political activist said,”actually Mokobewa is Abuu’s project to create an impression the competition is fair. He was Paid to neutralize the ground and handover his votes to Saido on the 11th hour. Same case applies to all the MCA aspirants and sitting.They are threatened to campaign for Saido or they will loose their seats.No single politician in mombasa is running his campaign on his on except Jicho Pevu All are funded and that’s why they can’t go against the Johos choice in Mombasa. Moha is the only candidate who is running on mpesa funds from kenyans and campaigning on his own for himself and Raila Odinga
Various opinion poll have indicated Jicho Pevu as a favourite candidate to clinch the ODM nomination.
