Latest news is that IEBC has not provided access to Servers to NASA and Registrar of supreme court as was ordered by the Supreme Court, below you see a list of outstanding items as highlighted in the PDF file
As regards other documents that IEBC was to provide, the registra set up a verification centre at Milimani Law Courts where agents of both IEBC, NASA and Uhuru have discovered that close to more 100 forms 34B are all fake (not authentic) and also the commission is said to have deleted many documents from the portal raising suspicion of the veracity of ‘cooking’ that was undertaken by IEBC to declare Uhuru validly elected.
It is expected that IEBC will be seeking an extension of time from the supreme cpourt in order to get more humble time to justify the cooking, waste precious time of the court and also frustrate NASA response.
