CURSED? IEBC CEO Ezra Chiloba Goes Down As High Court Upholds 3Month Suspension.

Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) CEO Ezra Chiloba on Friday suffered a major blow after Employment and Labour Relations Court upheld his three-month suspension.

Mr. Chiloba was seeking the court to stop a directive by IEBC Chairman Wafula Chebukati to send him on the compulsory to allow for proper investigations in the auditing of the procurement process of electoral material.

According to the IEBC CEO, the suspension was not conducted procedurally.

The court stated that Chiloba will not suffer during the three-month suspension.
