List attached below is said to be of persons targeted for prosecution by the Uhuru regime over allegations of hate speech. The list includes opposition luminaries Dr David Ndii and Hon Babu Owino. Others include blogger Cyprian Nyakundi, Samwel Okemwa among others while politicians and bloggers allied to Uhuru’s Jubilee like Moses Kuria and Governor Waititi have been accorded full imunity despite having been recorded on live TV spewing hate speech.
