In today’s newspaper adverts , IEBC has outlined the process of updating the KIEMS kits by PO’s&RO’s.including how to key in data from the counting process as well as all the 7 candidates .

This advert flies in the face of the internal memo in which they have conceded that the kiems kits have only details of Raila and Uhuru and in which they want PO’s&RO’s to type (0) under Uhuru and Raila.
So is this not an example of misinformation .?
