President Uhuru has bore the brunt of appointing functional ‘illiterates’ and fickle minded people into bureaucratic positions after his delegation to Cuba exposed their ineptitude.
A photo of Uhuru having a meeting with Cuba leader alongside delegations from both countries have left not only the President but Kenyans hugely embarrassed by their representatives.
In the Photo, all Cuban representatives in the meeting are paying keen attention and taking notes while those from Kenya who included new Sports CS Rashid Achesa idly stared into space, fidgeted and bore a disinterested countenance.

Uhuru is visiting the Caribbean Country for the first time since the two countries established diplomatic ties in 2001. He seeks a helping hand for his healthcare policy in the Big Four Agenda.
He also led a Jubilee Party delegation that went to learn from Cuba’s Communist Party where they held meetings in Havana with top officials of the ruling Communist Party of Cuba (CPC).
