BREAKING: PM Raila CONGRATULATES DP Ruto and J Sang on ICC Ruling says ODM NEVER planned any Violence

STATEMENT ON ICC RULING
As ODM, we congratulate H. E William Ruto following the ruling of the court. We now hope that the victims will receive long overdue justice in the form of reparations from Government. ODM never planned, organized or perpetrated any violence against anybody.
