He went ahead to claim that Jacob Juma once slapped William Ruto and this where investigations need to begin.
“..If the Inspector General of Police is sincere, Jacob Juma slapped William Ruto some time back. That is where investigations should start,” he said while speaking during the slain businessman’s requiem mass in Nairobi on Thursday, May 12.

In a statement on Friday,May 5, Joho said that all the people who Jacob Juma had listed as plotting to have him killed should be investigated.
“It is by this standard, and a very reasonable expectation, that everyone the deceased named as a potential suspect should be questioned by the police,”siad Joho.
He went on to say that it was a pity even after several public statements about a plan to kill him, police never offered any special security to Jacob Juma.
