Prime Minister Raila Odinga arrived in Nyamira County to a hero’s welcome. The former PM best known in area for completiojn of Kisii Chemosit Road that had stalled since indepence BUT only came to be concluded in in 2003/2004 while he was Road minister. All elected MPs, the senator, Governor and majority of MCAs are from ODM and CORD allied parties. Nyamira is home to ODM party!
