Duale’s water blockage agenda exposed
Since the inception of Devolution, for all the wrong reasons, majority leader Aden Dualle waged an outrageous onslaught on the leadership of Garissa county Government.
From sponsoring a spurious court case to phony probes all to blemish the undentable image of the county’s leadership.
To quell his aggravating frustration he transposed his tactics to a more lethal onslaught against the very people he was elected to represent. To fan the flames of hate, antipathy, rancor and division, A fortnight ago While on a series of rallies Dualle on an inciting tone mentioned that the county government of Garissa has neglected and with lack of concern ignored the harrowing state of water shortages in Garissa.
Call it a whammy coincidence or not, a day before Dualle’s visit to Garissa, Garissa water and sewage company(Gewasco) , the body mandated to run the water supply in Garissa town noted a disturbance on the supply of water from the main plant to various Bullas. The startled Gewasco Engineers promptly begun a probe to establish the course of the disturbance.
Early this week Gewasco Engineers found out that a number of pipes joint serving various Bullas were filled with with blocking materials ranging from old tattered clothes to plastic, this was purposely done to obstruct and sabotage water supply. This is now confirming last weeks wiggling rumors which rented the air that the disgruntled Dualle is hiring goons to sabotage water supply.
Cheesed of by the growing index of the Governor’s popularity, the not pleased Dualle has now moved his resentment and bitter indignation toward the innocent residents of Garissa. The question that begs a thousand answer is what Will Duale Gain from punishing the innocent locals?
To put off the ill-driven agenda of Dualle, the county government of Garissa has now removed all the blocked pipes, replaced them with new heavy gauge class C pipes and now all the affected Bullas are getting undisturbed supply of water.
