ODM party has called for a 1 million man match on Tuesday next week if Health CS and PS will NOT resign to pave way for criminal investigations over the Sh 5BILLION Mafyha House Scandal

CS JAMES MACHARIA & PS NICHOLAS MURAGURI MUST STEP ASIDE NOW
Further to our earlier statement this afternoon, we wish to make it abundantly clear that the Cabinet Secretary who was in charge when the grand theft at the Health Ministry took place is James Macharia. The current Health CS, Mr. Cleopa Mailu, is actually the one who has made it possible for the theft to be unearthed by commissioning an internal audit.
In the cirmstances, Mr. Macharia and PS Nicholas Muraguri must vacate office to give the law enforcement agencies room to take action against all those who are culpable.
We reiterate that if the two fail to vacate office by Tuesday 8th November 2016, we shall be leading massive demonstrations until they do so.
