Nairobi Governor Candidate Mike Sonko took over Nairobi’s downtown area by storm on Thursday when he took his campaigns to the area which largely comprises of hustlers.
Sonko shocked many in Nairobi’s river road with his humbleness when he entered a downtown restaurant and ordered chapati and beans.
Speaking during the campaigns Sonko promised to revoke the high licenses imposed on small scale traders in the city by Governor Evans Kidero.

Sonko’s running mate PolyCarp Igathe has also been active all over the city on Thursday campaigning in Starehe and Kamkunji constituencies.
