THIS WHEELBARROW – A FEW THINGS
First, it takes a lot of consistent effort and investment in the right combination of things to lift an individual out of poverty sustainably… as in they stay above the poverty line.
A wheelbarrow is not an automated key to income and riches.
A wheelbarrow requires two things for it to translate into economic benefits … it needs to move and it needs something in its burrow as product for sale, for use in works such as construction or to be transported from one place to another.
For it to move, it needs two things, a human being with adequate energy and a path for its wheel to turn with minimal resistance. A sick person is unlikely to be very successful in pushing a wheelbarrow and I doubt anyone enjoys pushing one in straight up mud.
For it to have something in its burrow for sale, that thing must be produced and then be needed by someone who has money to buy that thing.
For it to be used in construction, someone must be investing money to build whatever it is that the wheelbarrow will be carrying materials for.
You catch my drift.
The wheelbarrow stands zero chance at impacting a life without the combination of health services; roads; agriculture and other production; markets; policies that create incomes and increase disposable income; transport and energy infrastructure that attracts investments in real estate development etc
A wheelbarrow is a non-thing without all these other elements that will never fit into a slogan.
Bill gates got rich selling something to enough people with money to buy what he was selling in goods and services.
I don’t know the actual math here but I hazard to guess that one hustlers movement from poverty requires enough people at that or the next level spending their money on whatever the hustler is selling.
So you see, “dynasty” is not necessarily the antithesis of hustler. It is the continuum.
We are only victims if we allow our minds to perceive so. And for that, there is hardly an effective antidote.
