The National Executive Committee (NEC) of the ODM Youth League (OYL) met on the 8th of September 2015 at Orange House and recommended the suspension of their national youth chairman Mr. Rashid Mohammed for gross misconduct.
The recommendations were then forwarded to the party’s National Executive Council (NEC) for adoption. After the approval by the party NEC, Mr. Mohammed was effectively suspended from the OYL and subsequently replaced him with Mr. John Ketora in an acting capacity.
This is therefore to notify the party membership and the entire ODM Youth fraternity that Mr. Mohammed is not authorized to speak for or on behalf of the ODM Youth League.
