Special police have arrested Raila odinga’s daughter Winnie together with the wife of NASA chief strategist Mwende Ndii.
The two cannot be traced by friends and family, they were arrested at Diani Police station where they had gone to ask for the release of Dr Ndii.
They are held by police at undisclosed location
