Thousands of Mombasa residents joined #IstandWithJoho and waked with the bieseged leader to regional police headquarters. The popular governor was accompanied by his lawyers James Orengo and DB Mosata. Also accompaning him were ODM leaders Hon Mishi Mboko, Kilifi Governor Amason Kingi and secretary general Agnes Zani (Nominated Senator), Hon Abdulswamad Hon Bedzima among other elected leaders from the region
They held hands as they marched there in a show of solidarity while thousands of Joho supporters waved placards questioning the government on the woes Governor has been facing.
